Are you interested in working for the Victoria Beach Club (VBC)? The VBC offers you an opportunity to work in a team environment that will challenge you as individuals while developing life-long skills and work experience. You can apply for a position as Swim Instructor and Head Swim Instructor, Rec Assistant and Head Rec Assistant, Tennis Court Attendant and Head Tennis Court Attendant, and/or Librarian.

To apply for a position, please follow these steps:

1. Write a cover letter indicating your name, contact information, the position(s) you are applying for, and why you are a good candidate for the position(s).
2. Attach a resume that highlights your experiences (work or volunteer) that demonstrate responsibility, accountability, organization, working with kids, communication skills, involvement with the Victoria Beach Club, and handling of cash. Please include a copy of all pertinent certificates. NOTE: All employees require a valid First Aid with CPR and AED certificate.

In addition to First Aid with CPR and AED, mandatory requirements for the Swim positions are:

• National Lifeguard Certification
• Swim for Life Instructor Certification

Preference may be given to applicants that also have the following certifications:

• Lifesaving Instructor
• First Aid Instructor
